Belloo is committed to long-term collaborations and developing positive partnerships to present works regionally, locally, nationally and internationally.

We value cross-cultural collaboration, risk-taking and rigorous process. We seek out partnerships, growing them into powerful relationships.

From 2019 to 2020 Belloo Creative was the ‘company in residence’ at Queensland’s state theatre company, Queensland Theatre.

Since 2017 (and thanks to support from the Australia Council for the Arts), Belloo Creative has been part of Australia’s delegation to the annual Tokyo Performing Arts Meeting (TPAM) in Yokohama, Japan.

Belloo collaborated with international companies: Good Company Arts (New Zealand) and Idiot Savant Theatre Company (Japan) to create House in the Dunes and Akiruno.

Belloo has a proven track record of successfully co-producing new Australian works with venues and festivals that include: Brisbane Festival, Queensland Theatre, Brisbane Powerhouse, Critical Stages, Critical Path, NORPA, Queensland University of Technology, Metro Arts, Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts and the Maleny Arts Council. The company has also toured nationally, taking their work to regional and metropolitan venues in Queensland, New South Wales and Canberra.
